Secret Bosses

Phantom

~Picture not available~

Phantom is the boss in and in order to get to him you must have sealed the hey hole in The Hallow Bastion. Go to Neverland and disembark on to the ship and talk to Tinkerbell. Then go to the clock tower but make sure Sora has supplied himself with ethers, elixirs and a few mega potions. Once the battle begins lock onto the clock hands and cast stop on it or one of your partners will be cast into oblivion. This will cause your partner to slowly become knocked out and you will not be able to reawaken them after they are knocked out. To slow down the oblivion spell cast stop on the clock hands and when the spell begins to wear off recast it. The phantom cannot be damaged until there is a small orb glowing underneath it. The color of the orb will determines the kind of spell you should currently use on him. If the orb is red you should cast fire, if it is blue you should cast blizzard, if it is yellow cast thunder and if it is white use physical attacks on it. It is important to use items to heal yourself so that you can devote your magic to fighting the Phantom. When you finally defeat the Phantom your stopra spell will be upgraded to stopga.

Kurt Zisa

The secret boss that is in Agrabah will also only appear after Sora has sealed the keyhole in the Hollow Bastion. Go back to Agrabah to Aladdin's house and talk to the very distressed magic carpet. He then will lead you to the secret boss AKA Kurt Zisa. Make sure that you are loaded with items before you fight this boss especially mega potions because this boss can cast a spell to disable your magic. The only way to restore your magic is to kill the two orbs in his hands. It won't be easy since he leaps from one side of the battlefield to the other and sometimes spins his arms into a damaging attack. You also must avoid collisions when he jumps. After you destroy the orbs he will release a bunch of HP balls and then will crash into the ground. After a few moments he will arise from the ground for a second attack. This time he will have a protective barrier around him that can only be penetrated by magic. MP balls will drop as you use magic to penetrate his shield. Make sure to gather these balls to get magic. Zisa's attacks will consist of little fireballs that explode in mid-air and tornadoes that surround Sora and close in on him which cause terrible damage. Sora's dodge roll attack is a miracle in this battle because Sora can avoid both attacks by doing the dodge roll. When you finally destroy the barrier he will fall into the sand. Use this time to do as much damage to him as possible using special attacks. When he rises again destroy the orbs and he will fall back into the sand again. This pattern will keep repeating until you beat him.

Other Bosses

There are two other bosses that you are able to fight after completing some tasks.

After you seal The Hallow Bastion there will be a new challenge at the Olympus Coliseum. It is the plantinum match and you must fight Sephiroth, the hardest person to beat in the game, one-on-one. I recommend that you at least be at level 75 or higher to beat him but he won't be easy at all.  Be sure to equip Sora with second chance (the ability to still have one HP after a major blow that would have killed you) and with as many items as he can get.

After winning the Hades cup a new match will open. It is the Gold match and you have to fight the Ice Titan. The Ice Titan is alot harder than the Rock Titan and will freeze you at some points causing you severe damage but as long as you cure yourself and have plenty of items you should be ok.

Bonus Feature!

finalmix.jpg

You probably have heard about the "altered or different ending" but it is not a different ending that you get, instead it is a bonus feature that you get to see after the credits. In order to get the bonus feature win the Hades Cup, seal all the keyholes including 100 acre wood, and get all 99 dalmations (but you have to go back to the dalmations house, get the gifts from Pongo and watch the cutscene were all the dalmations come up to you before you can see the bonus feature). If you don't do this then you won't be able to see the bonus feature.

~Spoiler~

Here is my theory on what the bonus feature was about ( Highlight to read)

I have to admit that this bonus features is kind of confusing but it is introducing you to the sequel to Kingdom Hearts. On the last shot of the feature, the girl that is looking at the comet is Kairi but she is now a little older and has grown her hair out. You may have noticed that one of the two guys (the one with the blindfold on top of the tower) is Riku. Also, the bonus feature makes it seem like the second one may be a little more darker than the first one which may add some maturity to the game for all you mature game players : ). If you haven't seen this feature yet than I may not be making much sense to you but when you do see it you will know exactly what I mean. You gotta check out this special secret!!
